Today, on the 9th of October aviation training centre Baltic Aviation Academy (Vilnius, Lithuania) starts a new school year of Ab Initio training. Flight Training Organization’s ATPL Integrated course group has gathered students from Italy, Netherlands, Latvia, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan. After the completion of ATPL training course the pilots beginners will receive the European airline transport pilot license by the year 2014.

Baltic Aviation Academy’s students conduct their solo flights on the two-seat, low-wing light aircraft Tecnam 2002. The practice is supported by the Bristol theory literature, Jeppesen pilot route manuals and supplementary Computer Based Training programmes. Baltic Aviation Academy also puts an additional emphasis on intensive training in English language – a crucial requirement for working on the international flights – by offering an additional English language course.
Integrated Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL(A))Training Program is an intensive training program, aimed to help students with little or no previous flying experience to move to cockpits of commercial airliners sooner. The course program lasts 24 months – theory takes 6 months, practical training lasts 18 months.
In addition to that, Baltic Aviation Academy announces an additional submission by adding two places to ATPL Integrated group of 2012. Requests of attending 2012 year’s Ab Initio training courses can submitted via the email firstname.lastname@example.org. Medical commission, Mathematics, Physics and English language knowledge assessment and additional tests, evaluating thinking style, co-ordination, spatial orientation, decision making, ability to work under pressure, team working capabilities and motivation will be applied for the shortlisted candidates.
