Launched in June 2012, flight simulators maintenance and repair service provider SimHelp finishes year with more than 300 engineers’ network. Current servicing partners include FTD Consulting, 3D Systems, Eyedot, Aircraft Simulation Services Limited (ASSL), European Skybus, COMPRO, SGA, Q4 Services, SimuService, Ostrich Software, BSC Partners. Countries the engineers are based in include United Kingdom, the United States, Japan, Germany, France, Spain, Brazil, Canada, Netherlands, Norway and China, giving the ability to serve aviation training centers globally.
Next to that, throughout the year 2012, SimHelp managed to reach less than 24 hours per query service time. The personnel experience reached more than 30 years in professional engineering services.
“Operating the flight training device needs a number of competences: from finding the best purchasing choices in the market to expertise in relocations as well as an extensive practice in maintenance, services and renewal processes. We are glad that a unique business model of one stop-stop-shop services for simulators operators paid-of. The global queries range from fixing a broken oxygen mask to launching the entirely new aviation training center”, commented Gediminas Talacka, SimHelp Manager.
Throughout 2012, SimHelp also launched a video channel, which can be accessed at http://Youtube.com/SimulatorsHelp and several engineer surveys on spare parts and working process problems. The latter material can be found on SimHelp.com. The SimHelp activities were started on the 21st of June, 2012, with 120 engineers’ network.
