Fraud events have the potential to cause serious reputational, financial, and material damage, especially considering the nature of Company operations, which constitutes diverse contractual arrangements. To help prevent fraud from taking place in the company, our Anti-Fraud Program has a set of rules, responsibilities, and procedures against fraud as well as steps that must be taken where any known or suspected fraud or practices are identified.
We take a zero-tolerance approach to money laundering and terrorist financing, and we are committed to the highest level of openness, integrity, and accountability. We seek to conduct business only with reputable counterparties whose funds are derived from legitimate sources.
We have formal “Counterparty Onboarding & Due Diligence” procedures as well as rules for sanctions compliance, and fair competition. We maintain and enforce sanction compliance rules to meet all obligations under the sanction’s regimes of the jurisdictions we operate. We comply with EU sanctions, as well as UN, OFAC, BIS, Canadian, and other sanctions.
Data privacy is a strategic priority at Avia Solutions Group. We operate in accordance with EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable legal acts by jurisdiction regulating personal data processing. Our company seeks to apply the highest technical and legal standards and all necessary measures to ensure data protection and to prevent any possible data breaches.
