For instance, Airbus A320 FAM Captains and First Officers are granted 40 days on/21 day off roster, comprehensive medical insurance, options for qualification upgrade and good financial remuneration. On top of all that, crews are given the opportunity to enjoy the warm African climate while staying in close proximity to their homes in Europe or the Middle East,” comments Skaiste Knyzaite, the CEO of AviationCV.com.
fastjet currently operates six Airbus A319 aircraft with plans to expand the fleet to as many as 20 aircraft in the nearest future. According to the terms and conditions of the contract, AviationCV.com will supply the airline with experienced captains as well as first officers certified to operate Airbus A320 family aircraft.
“Africa is without a doubt one of the fastest growing aviation markets. In fact, IATA forecasts that in terms of passenger numbers it will take no more than two upcoming decades until the region becomes home to the fastest growing aviation market worldwide. However, a comprehensive system for attracting, training and recruiting aviation talent is yet to be formed. That is why many local airlines and MROs seek experienced professionals oversees,” comments the CEO of AviationCV.com. “Although fastjet is still a young airline, it has already gained the trust of hundreds of thousands of flyers and we are more than happy to further establish our name in the region by cooperating with such a carrier.”
AviationCV.com’s client list includes major carriers and maintenance facilities in Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and other regions. In addition, the company has a database of over 100 000 licensed pilots and other qualified aviation professionals from all over the world.
