The first client of BGS in Warsaw "City Airline" was provided with full scope of ground handling services, including passenger and ramp handling, passenger check-in and boarding, passenger transportation from terminal to aircraft, baggage handling and ramp to flight deck communication.

In Poland Baltic Ground Services provides integrated passenger and aircraft ground handling services and into-plane refuelling services.
In 2010 Warsaw Frédéric Chopin airport served 8,7 million passengers and more than 116 thousand aircraft movements. Compared to 2009, passenger traffic grew by 4.7 percent (8,3 million passengers in total). 2010 was second best year in the history of Warsaw airport, only surpassed by 2008 results, when 9,3 mln. passengers were handled.
"Baltic Ground Services" now possess licenses to provide ground handling services for another 5 airports in Poland - Krakow, Wroclaw, Gdansk, Poznan and Katowice. In 2010, more than 19 million passengers were carried through those airports.
