Avia Solutions Group appoints new members to its Management Board

Avia Solutions Group, a WSE listed global provider of one-stop-shop aviation business solutions, has announced the appointment of Zilvinas Lapinskas and Anatolij Legenzov as members of the Management Board effective 16 December, 2013.

Zilvinas Lapinskas, who was appointed the CEO of FL Technics on 3 December, 2013 and Anatolij Legenzov, who became the CEO of Helisota on 31 October 2013, were assigned to the two vacant positions on the Board. The vacant positions occurred after the Board members Jonas Butautis and Saulius Batavicius were re-called from the board as a result of their resignation from the managers of Avia Solutions Group subsidiary companies. The appointment of Anatolij Legenzov as a new member of the Board follows the successful closure of the acquisition of helicopter maintenance organization Helisota. The latest acquisition has marked the strategic Avia Solutions Group expansion to new aviation markets and segment.
