Baltic Ground Services (BGS), an international provider of ground handling and into-plane fuelling services is continuously strengthening its presence in the European market, by commencing first operations in the international Lamezia Terme airport (SUF), Italy. Following a new agreement with airBerlin, Baltic Ground Services Italy (BGS IT) have started providing ground handling services to the carrier’s A320s.
Since the beginning of January, 2013 Baltic Ground Services IT has started to provide ground handling services for the carrier’s flights to Lamezia Terme from Zurich Airport, Berlin Tegel Airport, Munich Airport, Leipzig/Halle Airport, Frankfurt Airport and Düsseldorf International Airport.

Baltic Ground Services holds the necessary licensing which enables the company to provide passenger and aircraft handling as well as into-plane fuelling services at Vilnius and Palanga (Lithuania), and the six largest Polish airports – Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Gdansk, Poznan and Katowice. Furthermore, the company is also authorised to provide ground handling services in Lamezia (Italy). With its long standing experience in working with the leading European aviation companies, Baltic Ground Services provides ground and passenger handling services to such carriers as Finnair, LOT Polish Airlines, Aeroflot, Brussels Airlines, Transaero Airlines, Wizz Air and others.
